Brief Description
The ROW Acquisition Section is looking for ROW firms to complete small on-call contracts for projects located throughout the State of Iowa. These projects will require a quick turn around and will require completion of all paperwork and negotiations with property owners. Payment and processing will be completed by Iowa DOT staff. Applicants must be knowledgeable of Federal and State laws. Successful applicants will remain on file for 3 years. Return completed form to the Consultant Coordination Section at DOT.ConsultantProposals@iowadot.us.
