Welcome to the 2025 Sign Replacement Program for Cities and Counties. Please review the details of this program, eligibility, and instructions on our webpage. Use your IowaID to log in. Only signs/posts/bases replaced during 2024 are eligible to be submitted. If you have questions, please email marybeth.sprouse@iowadot.us. You may begin SUBMITTING your grant applications at 9:00 AM on Thursday, March 27th. This program will not allow submissions before then.
