AADT : × The data completeness score takes into account the amount of data that has been received by a selected sensor. The performance measures that go into the data completeness score summarize the data on for the entire month and on a daily basis. The monthly data completeness ensures that a sufficient amount of data is available so that the results match the actual field conditions. To complement the monthly completeness, the average daily completeness ensures that data is collected throughout the day and that there is little deviation between the days. This verifies that a sufficient amount of data is available for all hours of the day. Description: The capacity values are dependent on the on the statutory speed limit and the work zone speed limit. The values in the left column under “Capacities” represent the capacity when the statutory and work zone speed limit are the same. The value in the right column under “Capacities” are used when the statutory speed limit is higher than the work zone speed limit. QA factor Percentage of Total forEntire Month Average DailyCompleteness Standard Deviationof DailyCompleteness Good "Data is good to use" >80% AND >90% AND <10% Acceptable "Results may not match actual field conditions" >50% AND >75% AND <20% Bad "Additional analysis or sensors should be used" Everything else Percent of Total for Entire Month– This is the percentage of data for the entire month (the total number of records divided by the total number of expected records) Average Daily Completeness – This is the average number of records per day (report as a percentage). This considers only the days that have data available. This is intended to determine sufficient data is available on the days the sensor was online (i.e. if the sensor was only on for half the days in the month but was providing data 100% of the time on those days). Standard Deviation of Daily Completeness – This is the standard deviation of the daily completeness. Similar to the daily completeness, this is only calculated for the days that have data available. This is used to measure the variation in data completeness across days.
